Why I Coach
Coaching is not just my work. It is my passion, my purpose, my mission in life. I have been blessed with an amazing life of transformation and change, personally and professionally. I’ve been a nurse, a scientist, a technologist, a live-aboard sailor, a women’s golf business owner, an adventure tour guide – in a word – an architect of change. I have experienced “anything is possible” and want others to do the same.
How I Got Here
The experience my personal journey to self-discovery and my triumphs over self-limiting fears, ignited a passion within me, and inspired me to become a certified ontological coach. I took the courageous steps to “follow my heart”, and found my true purpose and mission in life.
It is a joy to say, I’m Living and Working “on purpose” and I am fully committed to inspiring others to do the same. I feel I have a natural instinct for navigating change with ease, rather than struggle. I know anyone can write a “life purpose statement” and live authentically from their heartfelt self. It is my job to make change happen!
My Commitment To Coaching
Compelled to leave the corporate world to become a “guide for others to find their passion and purpose” I founded Follow Your Heart Journeys, LLC in 2004. Determined to provide personal coaching services of the highest ethics to those seeking greater satisfaction, joy, and harmony in their lives, their relationships and their work, my dream became reality. Dianne M. Kipp & Associates opened in 2005 focused on leadership effectiveness and performance coaching.
Result Of My Efforts
Today my Corporate and Personal Coaching client hours exceed 1000 hours – across all aspects of life, locally and abroad, men, women, couples, executives and emerging leaders, baby boomers and retirees.
I am deeply honored each time someone calls me to “be” their “coach”. The dream continues to call me to my highest and best as coach. I will be there for those who call, to traverse the transitions and transformations of the entire life span. Until I am no longer able, or am taken from this earth!
